Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort is a wonderful sightseeing destination in the fall and a well-planned ski field that stays open longer than most others in the winter. From the top of the gondola station, you can see the ocean on a good day. During the ski season, there is a daily bus service with stops at central Sapporo and Jozankei Onsen areas.
How to Get There
The resort is accessible via bus from downtown Sapporo .
Catch one of the buses from locations around downtown Sapporo. You can also catch a bus from Makomanai Station and Jozankei Onsen hot spring town.
Buses returning to Sapporo City run approximately every 30 minutes. The number of services changes according to the period and day of the week, so please check the website for details.
