Have fun at KidZania
Finding child-friendly activities in a foreign country can be quite difficult, especially if you have more than one child with different desires. KidZania in Tokyo is one of the best destinations for families with children ages 3-15. Adults can take it easy at this facility while the children enjoy a variety of hands-on activities.

How to Get There
KidZania Tokyo is easily accessible by train or bus from central Tokyo.
KidZania Tokyo is an eight-minute walk from Toyosu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho and Yurikamome lines. Several bus lines also run to the Urban Dock Lalaport Toyosu shopping mall where KidZania is located, as well as from Tokyo Station and other convenient locations. You can also take the Aquatic Bus from Odaiba and Asakusa.
A kid-sized city
KidZania is a whole town miniaturized to two-thirds the size of the real world. There are 60 different establishments with around 100 different roles for kids to explore. KidZania offers children an opportunity to develop social skills and an understanding of monetary value.
A wide variety of activities
Children can investigate crimes as a police officer, scale buildings as maintenance staff, give dental treament to patients as a dentist, and put out fires as a firefighter. They can also make pizza at the pizza shop, or plan and develop new dairy products at the Milk House. What's more, they can keep whatever they made, and the food they made can be eaten inside KidZania. The children get paid in kidZos (the official currency of the facility), with which they can buy products and services.
For adults
Adults are not allowed in the establishments (with the exception of special areas, like the Courthouse), so the children can be totally immersed in their activity. They can check out and take photos of their children's progress via CCTV, or through the window. There is a Parent's Lounge to relax while their children are enjoying their activity.
Business hours
The day is divided into two work shifts; morning and evening. The first shift is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the second shift is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is possible to register for admission before the second shift begins.
