At Shimoshiro Mushroom Garden, which cultivates log-grown shiitake mushrooms made with the abundant nature of the land of satoyama, participants will observe shiitake mushroom production and enjoy a taste of these local treasures. Through this countryside experience, you will be able to gain insight into how the blessings of nature brought by the outer rim of Aso Mountain create the peaceful lives of people in Satoyama.
