Pick and roast your own organic coffee
Experience the entire process of getting coffee from tree to cup at Matayoshi Coffee Farm. The farm is in the Yambaru region of Okinawa where the fertile soil lends itself well to coffee growing. The coffee harvesting and roasting program begins with picking and peeling the beans. You will then dry and roast the seeds, and finish with a tasting.
